Flu Vaccine for the 2010-2011 Season
August 12 2010

Our office has begun to receive its Flu vaccine supply for the 2010-2011 season.
This years seasonal flu will include the H1N1 strain. Whether or not you received
the H1N1 vaccine last year, will have no bearing on this years seasonal vaccine.
Our physicians recommend that all patients have a flu vaccine yearly. We anticipate an ample supply of vaccine this year.

Flu Mist (not covered by Mass Health or Children's medical security Plan at this time) for Healthy children over the age of 2.(not for children with asthma or
other chronic illness)

Flu Vaccine injection: For all children over the age of 3 regardless of medical history and is available for all insurances.

WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY VACCINE FOR BABIES 6 MONTHS TO 35 MONTHS OF AGE- WE WILL UPDATE THIS INFORMATION WHEN ADDITIONAL VACCINE IS RECEIVED.

We will be booking appointments from 4-5pm monday-friday over the next few
weeks, please call our office to book an appointment. We do not anticipate this season to be anything like last year. We expect to receive plenty of vaccine and we expect to receive it earlier this year.
